Plan International has been working in northern and central Vietnam since 1993. Our work supports marginalised children and youth, especially adolescent girls, to start life and grow up physically and mentally healthy and as adolescents so they are leading the way to shape their own future. We believe girls have the power to change the world. Our ambition is to work alongside them and together take action so that 2 million girls in Vietnam can learn, lead, decide and thrive by 2027.
PIV is currently implementing the project named “Climate Resilient Agriculture for Women’s Economic Empowerment” – supported by KOICA from 27/03/2025 to 31/12/2027. The project is implemented in Truong Son and Dan Hoa Communes, Quang Tri Province (formerly Quang Binh province), Vietnam. Under this project, PIV is looking for consultants to conduct Baseline Survey and develop Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System.
2. Timeframe: The consultancy is estimated to be undertaken within 35 working days during the period of Aug – Sep 2025. A detailed timeline will be worked out jointly with the consultants after recruitment.
