The Hue City Fisheries Association (HUEFIS) is seeking qualified consultants for two independent baseline studies:
- GENDER CONSULTANT (Package 1): Analyze women’s roles in the fisheries value chain, assess gender barriers, and evaluate local cooperative capacity.
- CIRCULAR ECONOMY CONSULTANT (Package 2): Assess and design potential for circular economy models in fisheries in Hue City
