We are seeking a visionary Public Relation & Fundraising Manager to join our mission in sowing seeds of love across Vietnam.
THE MISSION
As the leader of our Communications & Fundraising efforts, you will:
- Architect the Strategy: Design and implement holistic branding and communication strategies to amplify our social impact.
- Cultivate Resources: Develop innovative fundraising strategies to mobilize support from individuals, corporations, and international foundations.
- Be the Voice of Kindness: Oversee all storytelling, media relations, and public events (press conferences, seminars) to ensure our message reaches the right hearts.
- Manage Crisis & Reputation: Lead communication protocols to protect and enhance the Foundation’s integrity.
- Empower the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve excellence in philanthropy.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: At least 5 years in a management position, preferably within NGOs, social development, or international organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/PhD preferred) in Communications, Marketing, or External Relations.
- Language: Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Mandatory).
- Mindset: A professional leader (35+ years old) who is deeply passionate about community development and humanitarian work.
- Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
