UNC Vietnam invites qualified offerors to submit proposal to supply and deliver service for Healthcare insurance and Workmen Compensation Insurance for UNC staff and their dependents.
- Bidders shall submit proposals electronically via [email protected] and [email protected], including Cost proposal and Technical proposal submitted in 02 files separately, clearly named as (1) COST/PRICE PROPOSAL and (2) TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. Submitted file size is not more than 20MB/email. In case the file is larger than 20MB, please compress the file or split it into multiple files and send multiple emails respectively.
- Include a statement that the vendor fully understands that their quote must be valid for a period of 60 days.
- Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on the following factors to assess how well it meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the “UNC_ Bai thau bao hiem suc khoe va tai nan 2026-2027”
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM Hanoi Time, June 14, 2026. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at UNC’s discretion.
