Recruitment Announcement – Finance and HR Officer
The Vietnam Association for Education for All (VAEFA) is recruiting for the full-time Finance and HR Officer based in Hanoi, starting Jul 2026
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including payments, accounting records, financial report, and tax compliance.
- Monitor budgets, manage audit processes.
- Handle recruitment, employee records, contracts, payroll, social insurance, and other HR administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and Vietnamese regulations.
- Provide general administrative support and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Related degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or HR administration.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting, tax, labor, and social insurance regulations.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; NGO experience and English proficiency are advantages
