The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Social Protection Project under the Vietnam Farmers’ Union (VNFU) is seeking a qualified consulting firm or individual consultant to develop the Proposal entitled “Enhancing the Role of the Vietnam Farmers’ Union in Raising Awareness and Mobilizing Farmers to Participate in Voluntary Social Insurance and Household Health Insurance for the 2026–2030 Period”. This assignment is part of the project “Promoting Access to Social Protection and Improved Working Conditions for Women Farmers and Seasonal Agricultural Workers in the Shrimp and Rice Value Chains in Vietnam”.
