The Service Unit has been introduced in Vietnam since July 2025, to enable higher bundling and more effective use of financial and administrative resources across clusters and projects for higher efficiency and cost effectiveness. The Service Unit provides services to clusters/projects in travel management, event management, facility and asset management, car services and other logistic arrangements within its mandate and scope of work.
The Service Unit is offering two internship opportunities with details below:
02 National Interns “Service Unit”
Office location: Hanoi, Viet Nam
Duration: maximum 6 months, starting from September 2026
During the internship, the national interns will learn and practice in following areas:
- Event and study trips management including registration, logistics arrangement
- General office management, facilities management
- Meeting logistics arrangement
- Data management, filing system
Requirements
- Vietnamese citizen, who is currently undertaking or completed the bachelor/ postgraduate studies within the last six months (upon commencement of the internship) in the following study subjects: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Interested in the topics of administration, event and logistics arrangement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Nice to have German language.
- Strong MS Office, organizational and analytical skills.
- Interested in learning in a dynamic team of international and national staff
