About Aus4Growth
Aus4Growth (A4G) is a partnership between Australia and Vietnam supporting economic growth, trade and investment, clean energy and transport, inclusion, and digital acceleration.
Building on previous programs – Aus4Reform and Aus4Transport – A4G integrates emerging initiatives in economy, energy, trade, inclusion, and digital. A4G directly supports the priorities of the Australia–Vietnam Development Partnership Plan 2025–2030 and the Australia–Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (March 2024).
A4G is funded by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
The Opportunity
A4G is seeking qualified local event management firms to provide event management and coordination services on an as-needed basis to support the program’s events and activities.
The services may include event planning and coordination, venue and supplier management, audio-visual and technical support, event branding and setup, participant and guest management, interpretation, media coordination, and other event-related services. Events may be held in Hanoi or other locations in Vietnam and may be in-person, virtual or hybrid.
The Request for Proposal (RfP) provides further details on the scope of services, deliverables, requirements, proposal submission process and quotation format. Interested service providers are encouraged to review the RfP carefully before submitting their proposals.
