UN Women plans to engage a Responsible Party for project “Enhance Dien Bien Women’s access to finance for climate resilient livelihood and renewable Energy for green and digital transformation” as defined in accordance with these documents. UN Women now invites sealed proposals from qualified proponents to provide the requirements as defined in the UN Women Terms of Reference.
Initial contract duration: 15 months
