The Vietnam Urban Climate Resilience Project (VNCRM) is seeking a qualified organization or team of consultants to carry out a solid waste composition inventory and management assessment in nine wards across Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Lam Dong, and Dong Thap. The assignment will take place from October 23, 2026 to January 23, 2027, under the oversight of the Project Coordination Unit.
