Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S.-based NGO, is implementing the “INCLUSION 3” project funded by CRS/U.S Department of State. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Hospitals and Health Center, is seeking a consultant to support developing a handbook for stroke survivors and families on Speech and Language Therapy.
