Clickable Impact is a consultancy specialising in sustainable economic development, with a focus on climate, energy, agriculture, food, and tourism. We deliver policy advisory, communications, public affairs, innovation, market access, and project development services, leveraging public–private partnerships to mobilise responsible investment and foster inclusive growth.
Under the GREAT 2 program, Clickable Impact is implementing the subproject Tourism for Ethnic Minority Women (T4EMW) in Son La Province. The subproject aims to advance gender equality and women’s economic empowerment, particularly for ethnic minority women, through sustainable tourism development activities running until June 2027.
As part of this initiative, Clickable Impact seeks to recruit a consulting firm to develop a Sustainable Tourism Investment Portfolio for two project sites: Ngọc Chiến and Mộc Châu.
The portfolio will:
- Showcase viable and inclusive tourism investment opportunities;
- Provide market and partnership information to attract responsible investors; and
- Serve as a promotional and matchmaking tool for domestic and international investor engagement.
Interested firms are invited to review the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) attached in English and Vietnamese and submit a proposal as per the instructions outlined.

- Technical proposal (methodology, work plan, and team composition).
- Financial proposal (detailed budget),
