Save the Children is seeking a Creative Agency to deliver creative solutions and media production for a youth-led communication campaign in Lao Cai province.
Details of the scope of work are provided in the attached Terms of Reference.

- Business registration certificate;
- Company portfolio clearly outlining the company size, project team profiles, and at least 06 similar media products: 02 designs, 02 contents, and 02 videos (additional information may be included if desired);
- Evidence of experience in training/coaching/guidance in the field of communication (e.g. proposals, training plans, training reports, etc.);
- Project team profiles, including years of experience, qualifications, and media products previously managed (as specified in the Terms of Reference);
- Detailed quotation as per the attached file.
