Samaritan’s Purse in Vietnam’s projects are being implemented in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Vinh Long, the south of Vietnam and across the northern provinces of Lao Cai and Lai Chau where the majority of people are from ethnic minority groups, often the most vulnerable or marginalized sections of the population.

Tóm tắt công việc/Job Summary:

Chỉnh sửa, cập nhật, biên soan tài liệu về “Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn” (PCMBN&ĐXAT) cho dự án tại Vĩnh Long./ Editing, updating, and supplementing training with professional content on “Human trafficking prevention and safe migration (HTSM) for Vinh Long project.

Tập huấn TOT về “Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn” (PCMBN&ĐXAT) cho giáo viên, ban giám hiệu nhà trường, trưởng ấp, cán bộ truyền thông tại Vĩnh Long (Trà Vinh cũ)./ TOT training on “Human trafficking prevention and safe migration” (HTSM) for teachers, village leader and beneficiaries in Vinh Long (Tra Vinh).  

• Thời gian dịch vụ/Service time: Khoảng 11 ngày/About 11 days
• Phí dịch vụ/Service Fee: Theo thỏa thuận/Negotiable fee
• Được chi trả bữa ăn theo Chính sách Công tác phí của tổ chức khi đi công tác tại địa bàn dự án./ Paid meals by Samaritan’s Purse Domestic Perdiem for work trips to the project locations.
• Được sắp xếp chỗ ở và phương tiện đi lại khi đi công tác./Provided with accommodation and transportation when traveling to the project locations.

	Xây dựng nội dung, kế hoạch bài giảng về “Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn” (PCMBN & ĐXAT) cho 2 lớp tập huấn giảng viên nguồn và phù hợp với đối tượng hưởng lợi của dự án tại Vĩnh Long, bao gồm: / Develop content, and lesson plan on HTSM for 2 training courses of core trainers and suitable for beneficiaries in Vinh Long, include: 01 lớp cho cán bộ xã và ấp 01 lớp cho giáo viên Chỉnh sửa, cập nhật, biên soan tài liệu, nội dung tranh ảnh truyền thông, banner, khẩu hiệu về “Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn” (PCMBN & ĐXAT) cho dự án tại Vĩnh Long. /Editing, updating, and supplementing training materials including illustration pictures, banner, leaflets, slogans with professional content on HTSM for Vinh Long project. Họp hàng tuần với điều phối dự án Vĩnh Long và người thiết kế để điều chỉnh nội dung tập huấn và các tài liệu truyền thông cần thiết (tranh ảnh, banner, flipchart, khẩu hiệu, v.v). Gửi nội dung tập huấn hoàn chỉnh cho điều phối dự án trước ngày tập huấn 20 ngày làm việc/ Attend weekly meeting with Vinh Long project coordinator and designer to revise the training contents and necessary IEC materials (pictures, banners, flipcharts, slogans, etc.) Send the final training contents to project coordinator 20 working days before the training day.  Chuẩn bị bộ câu hỏi trước và sau khi tập huấn cho đối tượng tập huấn tại Vĩnh Long/Prepare pre and posttest beneficiaries in Vinh Long before the Training. 3	Thực hiện tập huấn nhóm nòng cốt/ Provide TOT training for the core group
	Thực hiến 02 lớp Tập huấn TOT về “Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn” (PCMBN & ĐXAT), gồm/ Conduct TOT training on “Human trafficking prevention and safe migration” (HTSM), include: 01 lớp cho giáo viên, ban giám hiệu nhà trường (2 ngày tập huấn)./ One class for teachers and school leaders (2 training days) 01 lớp cho trưởng ấp, cán bộ xã (3 ngày)./ One class for village and commune leaders (3 training days).   Hướng dẫn học viên kỹ năng thuyết trình và kỹ năng sử dụng tài liệu tập huấn như tranh lật, tranh ảnh, banner, tờ rơi, bài giảng mẫu, bài lượng giá./ Instruct trainees on presentation skills and using training materials such as flipcharts, illustration pictures, banners, leaflets, sample lectures, and pre/post-tests. Hướng dẫn học viên soạn được nội dung truyền thông lại một cách đơn giản, dễ hiểu, thu hút, chuyển tải được thông điệp phù hợp đối tượng truyền thông là học sinh hoặc người dân./ Instruct trainees on creating a lesson plan for Roll-out communication activities with simple, easy to understand, and interesting methods, conveying age-appropriate contents for beneficiaries who are students or local people. Hướng dẫn học viên thực hành truyền thông lại tại lớp, góp ý và chỉnh sửa về nội dung và hình thức thực hiện./ Guide trainees in practice roll-out communication activities in the training class, give feedbacks and fix problems about both contents and methods. Áp dụng phương pháp tập huấn có sự tham gia, lấy học viên làm trung tâm trong các lớp tập huấn./ Using the Participant-centered learning method in the training courses.	05 ngày/2 lớp tập huấn 05 days/2 classes	Dự kiến 1 lớp cho cán bộ xã, ấp/ Estimated a class for village and commune leaders from 17-19/12/2025 Dự kiến 1 lớp cho giáo viên/ Estimated a class for teacher from 24-25/01/2026
4	Viết và gửi báo cáo tập huấn cho Quản lý Chương trình trong vòng 03 ngày sau khi kết thúc mỗi lớp tập huấn./ Write and submit training reports to Program Manager within 03 days after each training course. Kết quả đánh giá đầu vào/ đầu ra và phản hồi của học viên về nội dung tập huấn./ Results of pre and post-test, and feedback of learners about the training content Đánh giá khả năng thực hành truyền thông nhóm nhỏ của học viên. Phân tích điểm mạnh, điểm cần cải thiện./ Evaluate ability of learners in practicing a communication sessions skills. Analyze strengths, and needs improvement. Kết quả đầu ra/Deliverables of the work:

• Kế hoạch bài giảng được hoàn tất trước ngày tập huấn ít nhất 20 ngày làm việc./ The lesson plan for course are completed at least 20 working days before the training.
• Hoàn thành khảo sát các học viên để nắm được nhu cầu, trình độ kiến thức và kỹ năng của học viên trước và sau mỗi lớp tập huấn./ Complete the participant’ survey to understand the needs, knowledge level and skills of them before and after each training session.
• Tài liệu và công cụ tập huấn/truyền thông được chuẩn bị và gửi cho dự án trước khi thực hiện tập huấn./ Training/communication curriculum and tools prepared and send to the project before the training.
• 02 lớp tập huấn được hoàn thành./ 02 training courses were completed.
• Kết quả cuối mỗi khóa tập huấn cần đạt được như sau./The outcomes of post-test need to meet these following requirements:
  • 80% học viên vượt bài lượng giá lý thuyết cuối khóa và đạt loại khá và xuất sắc./80% trainees pass the theory post-test and got the good & excellent scores.
  • 80% học viên vượt bài lượng giá thực hành cuối khóa và đạt loại khá và xuất sắc./80% trainees pass the practical post-test and got the good & excellent scores.
• Gửi báo cáo tập huấn, hình ảnh tập huấn và giấy tờ liên quan đến tập huấn sau khi khóa tập huấn hoàn thành trong vòng 03 ngày./ Submit the training report, photos of training, and document/materials of training after the training course completed within 03 days.

 

Yêu cầu về trình độ chuyên môn, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm/Education/Experience/Skills Needed:

• Có bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực công tác xã hội, phát triển cộng đồng hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan./ A degree or training in social work, community development, or a related field.
• Có bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực công tác xã hội, phát triển cộng đồng hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan đến Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn./ A degree or training in social work, community development, or a related field to HTSM.
• Có kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tập huấn về phương pháp truyền thông thay đổi hành vi./ Skilled and experienced in ToT training behavior change communication
• Có kinh nghiệm liên quan đến lĩnh vực Phòng chống mua bán người và Đi xa an toàn./ Experience related to Human trafficking and Safe Migration.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các tổ chức phi chính phủ, cơ quan chính phủ và cộng đồng địa phương./ Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and local communities.
• Có kinh nghiệm tập huấn hoặc làm việc với người Khmer ở khu vực đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long là một lợi thế./ Experienced in training or working with Khmer people in Mekong Delta provinces is an advantage.
• Có đức tính liêm chính, nhiệt tình, cầu tiến, linh hoạt và có khả năng làm việc nhóm./ High level of integrity; diligence, progressive spirit, flexibility and good teamwork.
• Sẵn sàng và có niềm đam mê mạnh mẽ trong lĩnh vực nâng cao phúc lợi cho trẻ em và phát triển cộng đồng./ A genuine passion for promoting children’s well-being and community development.
