In 2015, MWF was granted Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), recognizing its contributions at the international level. As of 2026, MWF operates in 14 locations across 11 countries, implementing programs in disability rehabilitation, special education, community development, and poverty reduction.

Position overview:
The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office and project operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Finance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and organizational policies.
- Process payments, including staff salaries, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements (e.g., budgeting, eligible costs, documentation).
- Manage bank transactions and cash management.
- Manage of regular/irregular expenses.
- Prepare supporting documents for audits and financial reviews.
- Handle tax-related procedures social insurance procedures.
- Accounting-related tasks for branches other than the above.
- Administration
- Support organization of meetings, workshops, and field missions.
- Maintain administrative records and filing systems.
- Coordinate contracts for consultants, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Support administrative procedures for expats.
- Maintain procurement and contract records.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related fields professional accounting qualifications is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 fiscal years of relevant experience, preferably in INGOs or development projects.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese financial regulations and tax requirements.
- Experience working with donor-funded projects, CSR programs is an advantage.
- Experience in procurement and administration.
- Experience working on projects supporting persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, children and women.
Skills and competencies:
- Strong financial management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Korean language skills are an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Compensation and benefits:
- Monthly salary based on internal regulations and experience.
- Standard working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with lunch and breaks.
- Coverage of all work-related travel expenses.
- Compulsory insurance according to the labor law.
