SCI is currently seeking a qualified contractor to repair and renovate school psychology counseling rooms for 6 schools in Lao Cai Province.
The selection of the contractor for signing the agreement will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the Annex 2.
If your company is interested, please participate in this competitive bidding process by submitting a quotation package including the following documents:
Required Documents:
- A copy/scan of the Business Registration Certificate and the License for civil construction works issued by the competent authority.
- A completed Quotation Form (Annex 1 – RFQ), including a commitment to comply with SCI’s mandatory development policies.
- All forms as required in Annex 3 – Terms of Reference (6 forms in total).
- Audited financial report for 2023 or 2024.
- Proposed construction schedule.
- Documents proving ownership or lease contracts for the machinery/ equipment to be used for this project (5 machines as listed in Annex 2).
- Evidence of similar civil construction contracts with a minimum value of VND 200 million signed since 2022, along with a handover acceptance record or VAT invoice issued for the completed work.
- Proof of compliance with sustainability criteria.
