Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO under the Inclusion III-b project funded by US Embassy to provide direct rehabilitation and social assistance to persons with severe disabilities, improve and expand the rehabilitation service sector in provinces heavily affected by Agent Orange. The World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule (WHODAS) has been recognized in more than 14 countries. In Vietnam the scope of this assessment has not been comprehensively applied. Thus, VNAH is seeking one or a group of local consultants to support the pilot of WHODAS. Please find attached TOR (in Vietnamese) for more details.
