About IECD Vietnam & IECD Social Enterprise
The European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD) is an international non-profit organization recognized for its public utility. IECD has operated in Vietnam for over 10 years, focusing on vocational training and entrepreneurship programs for vulnerable populations. In 2025, IECD Vietnam launched IECD Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., a social enterprise specializing in capacity-building and consulting for entrepreneurs.
About Ubuild
Ubuild is the flagship training brand of IECD Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., specializing in practical training and consulting services. Ubuild was established to leverage the achievements of IECD’s Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) support project, with a mission to foster a sustainable and inclusive economy.
Since 2013, the project has provided management solutions to entrepreneurs seeking to structure their businesses and improve income stability. Through these programs, entrepreneurs acquire essential skills such as cashbook management, price optimization, savings strategies, and customer relationship development. Following the training, instructors conduct on-site visits to ensure the tools and skills are effectively adapted to each beneficiary’s specific professional context.
The project is seeking a motivated Project Assistant – 06 Months Project-Base Contract, based in Ho Chi Minh City to support our training programs, partnership management and event activities.
KEY RESPONSINILITIES
The Project Assistant will be responsible for the implementation of project activities in close coordination with the Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experiences:
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, event organizing or marketing, preferably within the community development, NGOs environment, or SME development sectors.
- Proven experience in coordinating with local partners and local government.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent planning, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience preparing comprehensive, well-structured, and engaging content for a variety of formats (Reports, Publications, etc.).
- Open to continuous learning and comfortable collaborating in a small team environment where information sharing and workload distribution are essential.
- Good understanding of local government context with relevant network is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work in an international environment.
- Proven superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM/M&E databases is highly desirable.
