KOTO (which stands for Know One Teach One) is a Vietnamese social enterprise dedicated to offering at-risk and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam the opportunity to participate in a 24-month holistic hospitality training program. Established in Hanoi in 1999, KOTO has supported over 1,700 graduates in breaking the cycle of poverty, empowering our trainees to achieve their dreams.
