Recruitment Announcement –Project Manager
The Vietnam Association for Education for All (VAEFA) is recruiting for the full-time Project Manager based in Hanoi, starting Jan 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders
- Providing project administration and reporting support
Requirements:
- Relevant degree with at least 7 years of professional experience, preferably in the education, development cooperation, NGO, or project management sectors.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the education sector, particularly continuing education, and in development cooperation.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business trips within Vietnam and the region.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong commitment to VAEFA’s mission of promoting inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all.
