Micro-Small Entrepreneurs Support Program

is recruiting a:
Project Manager – HCMC

The European Institute of Cooperation and Development (IECD) is a French non-governmental organization (NGO), founded in 1988, that operates in the field of social and economic development in partnership with local institutions in the countries where it works. IECD’s key areas of action are vocational training and job integration, support for micro and small enterprises (MSEs), and access to education and health for the most vulnerable.

In Vietnam, IECD runs four projects:

  • Support for Micro and Small Enterprises, with a specific focus on the informal sector;
  • Two social training enterprises in bakery and pastry, based in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue;
  • A vocational training program in automotive in Ho Chi Minh City;

The MSE program helps small entrepreneurs improve their businesses through training and mentoring/coaching, equipping them with practical knowledge and management tools. Launched in Ho Chi Minh City in 2013, the program expanded in 2025 through Ubuild, a social enterprise that extends support to entrepreneurs in additional areas.
