Health Poverty Action (HPA) Organization – Vietnam Office, under Global Fund, is looking for qualified tenders to supply Gloves to be distributed to beneficiaries of RAI4E Project in Vietnam. Details as below:

Commodity: 38,000 pairs of Gloves (size M & L)
RFT Closure Date and Time: 16:30 (VN Time), 01st June 2026
Offer Documentation, in either Vietnamese or English, should include the following:
- A completed proposal using HPA quotation form attached in the google drive link. The proposal must remain valid until 30th September 2026 or a further written notice by vendor but not less than 60 days from the deadline of submission of quotation
- A scanned copy/photo of the company’s legal registration and declaration of trading in medical devices
- All quality certificate mentioned in the supplier’s offer
- Product Sample (Samples could be returned or purchased depending on the agreement of both parties)
