Main Objective:
To deliver capacity building and training to data suppliers on the implementation of Circulars 34 and 42, and to support the development and rollout of new power system and power market templates for the Viet Nam Energy Information System (VEIS). The assignment includes the preparation of training materials, delivery of workshops, and reporting.

Assignment Duration:
8 weeks (January – February/March 2026), based in Hanoi, Viet Nam, with travel to Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City for training sessions.
Summary of Roles:
- Senior Expert on Energy Statistics (Senior – Cat. B): Leads methodology, stakeholder engagement, and strategic capacity-building design; develops and delivers training on energy statistics and reporting.
- Expert on Power Market and Statistics (Senior – Cat. B): Focuses on technical and operational aspects, including drafting and refining templates, consulting with stakeholders, and delivering hands-on training modules.
