Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is an international non-government organization, operating in Vietnam since 1994. In partnership with the government and communities, CRS implements programs in 09 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Action and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, and Community-based Climate Change Adaptation.
We are now seeking a Service provider to produce a video on EORE SBC for farmers and community with the following details:
- Contract duration: February – April 2026
- Please refer to the attached Terms of reference (TOR & TOR Appendix) for full details of the task.

The application should include:
- Technical proposal: The technical proposal needs to be in English language and should include:
- Letter of expression of interest
- A copy of the business license (if any)
- Company detailed profile with at least 03 reference links of video clip produced by the company for its previous clients
- A work plan proposed the approach with brief ideas for the video clip and timeline for this assignment.
- Financial proposal: Financial proposal should be submitted as a breakdown of costs. The price should be in Vietnam Dong with VAT included.
