CARE in Vietnam, under the T4C Project, is looking for a qualified supplier to provide printing and procurement of packaging (tea bags, aluminum-lined pouches, paper boxes, cartons, paper bags, stickers and labels) for Xuân Thành tea products. Please refer to the attached list of products for further details.
As this is an urgent request, we would appreciate it if production and delivery could be completed as soon as possible. Please clearly indicate your proposed delivery lead time (number of days) from the date of contract signing in your quotation.
1. Product Information
Detailed requirements are provided in the attached file, including:
- List of products;
- Technical specifications, designs, and dimensions;
- Product packaging requirements;
- Estimated quantities.
2. Quotation Requirements
Suppliers are requested to provide a detailed quotation specifying:
- Unit prices excluding VAT for each item listed in the attached file;
- Applicable VAT rate (%);
- Total quotation amount, including VAT;
- Transportation costs to Xuân Thành Cooperative, Tuyên Quang Province;
- Any additional costs, if applicable;
- Proposed production and delivery lead time (in calendar days) from the date of contract signing.
As this is an urgent request, we would appreciate it if production and delivery could be completed as soon as possible.
3. Required Submission Documents
Please submit the following:
- Detailed quotation in Excel format, with a clear breakdown by product;
- Relevant experience (if available), including photos or examples of similar packaging and printing products previously supplied.
4. Important Notes
- Before commencing production, the selected supplier will be required to coordinate with the design team and Xuân Thành Cooperative to review and finalize product specifications, designs, and samples.
- The attached reference materials are provided to help suppliers understand the requirements and prepare their quotations.
- CARE will make payment within 30 days after receipt of the goods and complete, valid payment supporting documents.
5. Quotation Submission
Interested suppliers are invited to submit their quotations and supporting documents to [email protected], indicating the RFQ title in the email subject line.
