CARE in Vietnam invite suppliers to submit bids for the purpose of establishing a long-term Framework Agreement for Printing & Design services. The Framework Agreement is expected to be initially signed for a duration of two (02) years; thereafter, subject to satisfactory performance evaluation, the Agreement may be extended for an additional one (01) year.
Applications will be accepted until 12 June 2026 and must be submitted by email only to [email protected] no later than the specified deadline.
Clarifications: Any requests for clarification with the subject line “Clarification No. 1/2026/VNM – Printing & Design service” must be submitted in writing via email no later than 5PM on 4 June 2026.

Mandatory requirement:
- Company Profile: Company capability profile including information such as company introduction, organizational structure/personnel, qualifications and capacity of key staff, relevant experience, implemented projects/products (projects in cooperation with NGOs are preferred), certifications, and awards/feedback from your customers (if any).
- Bidder’s Declaration: Fully completed as per Form No. 2 attached (signed and stamped).
- Financial Quotation: Quotation submitted in accordance with CARE’s required format (Form No. 3 attached), signed and stamped.
- Business Registration Certificate/Business License (scanned copy with company stamp).
Other requirements:
- Financial Capacity: Copies of audited financial statements or tax reports for the most recent two (02) years.
- List of regular clients/customers of the company: including full client name, address and contact person
- Three (03) recent tax invoices or contracts showing the value of completed orders.
- Images of completed products and/or illustrative mock-ups.

CARE tại Việt Nam mời các nhà cung cấp nộp hồ sơ dự thầu nhằm thiết lập Thỏa thuận khung dài hạn cho dịch vụ In ấn và thiết kế. Thỏa thuận khung dự kiến được ký kết ban đầu trong thời hạn hai (02) năm và có thể được gia hạn thêm một (01) năm tiếp theo, tùy thuộc vào kết quả đánh giá hiệu suất hoạt động đạt yêu cầu.
Hồ sơ dự thầu chỉ được chấp nhận khi gửi qua email [email protected] (đây là hòm thư duy nhất hợp lệ) và phải được gửi muộn nhất là ngày 12/06/2026.
Câu hỏi cần làm rõ: Nếu nhà cung cấp có câu hỏi làm rõ vui lòng gửi email với tiêu đề: “Clarification No. 1/2026/VNM – In ấn và thiết kế” đến hòm thư [email protected] chậm nhất vào 17:00 ngày 04/06/2026.
Hồ sơ dự thầu bao gồm:
Yêu cầu bắt buộc:
- Hồ sơ năng lực công ty: bao gồm giới thiệu công ty, cơ cấu tổ chức/nhân sự, trình độ và năng lực của nhân sự chủ chốt, kinh nghiệm liên quan, các dự án/dịch vụ đã thực hiện (ưu tiên các dự án hợp tác với NGO), chứng chỉ, giải thưởng/phản hồi khách hàng (nếu có).
- Cam kết của nhà thầu: điền đầy đủ theo Mẫu số 2 đính kèm (ký và đóng dấu).
- Báo giá theo mẫu của CARE: lập theo mẫu báo giá của CARE (Mẫu số 3 đính kèm), có ký tên và đóng dấu.
- Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh/Giấy phép kinh doanh (bản scan có đóng dấu công ty).
Yêu cầu khác:
- Năng lực tài chính: bản sao báo cáo tài chính đã kiểm toán hoặc tờ khai thuế của hai (02) năm gần nhất.
- Danh sách khách hàng thường xuyên của công ty: bao gồm đầy đủ tên khách hàng, địa chỉ, người liên hệ
- Ba (03) hóa đơn thuế hoặc hợp đồng gần đây thể hiện giá trị các đơn hàng đã hoàn thành.
Xin lưu ý rằng chỉ các nhà thầu có hồ sơ dự thầu đáp ứng đầy đủ các yêu cầu bắt buộc mới được xem xét đánh giá tiếp theo.
