WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite Suppliers to submit your best quotation to supply Taking a study tour for the OECM sites in the wetland areas of Quang Tri province, Hue and Da Nang Cities.
The supply package consists of 2 lots. Suppliers can choose to offer one or all of the following lots:
- Lot 1: Accommodation services, food and beverage services, and other support services
- Lot 2: Car rental service with 29 seats or more to serve groups of 50 people

The official quotation and required documents according to Appendix 2 – Request for Quotation. Please send the official quotation with the subject as “CG-FY26-1084 – [Supplier’s name]- Study tour for the OECM sites in the wetland areas of Quang Tri province, Hue and Da Nang Cities” to email: [email protected]; [email protected].
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Deadline for submission: on or before 17:30, May 15th, 2025 (Hanoi time – ICT).
