WWF-Viet Nam would like to invite Suppliers to submit your best quotation to supply zoning buoys and specialized equipment to zone the seagrass restoration and conservation areas in Cu Lao Cham.
The supply package consists of 2 lots. Suppliers can choose to offer one or all of the following lots:
- Lot 1: buoys, GPS buoys, mooring lines
- Lot 2: sand anchors, rock anchors

Instruction for quotation submission:
The official quotation is signed, stamped, and required documents according to Item C – Document requirement. Please send the official quotation with the subject as “FY26-0451 – Quotation_[Supplier’s name]-Supply zoning buoys and specialized equipment” to email: [email protected]; [email protected].
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Evaluation and selection methodology:
Bidders who submit their documents following the submission deadline requirement, with complete details of the required documents, will be considered for evaluation. WWF will evaluate quality based on the required standards. Bidders whose proposals are assessed as meeting the requirements will be considered for a price.
The bidder who offered the best price will be selected as the supplier for this package.
Deadline for submission: on or before 17:00, November 17th, 2025 (Hanoi time – ICT).
