[Extension] National consultant(s) to support implementation of Outcome Harvesting for the Project MEL System

Oxfam is currently seeking qualified consultants for supporting implementation of Outcome Harvesting for the Project MEL System

 

Oxfam in Vietnam is currently seeking qualified national consultant(s) to support the implementation and completion of Outcome Harvesting for the project on “Improved Social Protection and Decent work for female farmers and labourers in the shrimp and rice Value chains in Vietnam”.

 

The consultancy aims to:

  • Provide technical assistance and coaching to DGD project team/ partners in implementing the designed MEL system, focusing on reviewing and updating the dataset for the Year 4 project report.
  • Develop and finalize the Outcome Harvesting process for the project to capture intended and unintended outcomes, ensuring quality data and analysis for the Year 4 report.
