RECRUITMENT OF EXPERT / CONSULTANT TEAM
Within the framework of the project “Early Childhood Development for Children in Special Circumstances and Those at Risk of Entering Special Circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City”, implemented by the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Children’s Rights Protection (HCAPC) with funding from the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), the Project Management Board respectfully invites qualified independent experts, consultant teams, or consulting organizations to apply for the consultancy package:
“Content Development and Graphic Design of the Handbook on Nutrition Care and Early Childhood Development for Children Aged 0–6 Years”
- Implementation Period: August 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026
- Maximum Budget: 60,000,000 VND (Lump-sum contract)
📌 Eligible Applicants:
- Individual experts or consultant teams with relevant experience in nutrition, public health, pediatrics, maternal and child health, early childhood development, social work, social and behavior change communication (SBCC), or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing communication materials, handbooks, manuals, or community guidance toolkits.
- Demonstrated capacity in graphic design, page layout, and infographic development is a strong advantage.

Trong khuôn khổ Dự án “Phát triển giai đoạn đầu đời cho trẻ em có hoàn cảnh đặc biệt và nguy cơ rơi vào hoàn cảnh đặc biệt trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh”, do Hội Bảo vệ Quyền trẻ em TP. Hồ Chí Minh triển khai với sự tài trợ của Taiwan Fund for Children and Family (TFCF), Ban Quản lý Dự án trân trọng mời các chuyên gia độc lập, nhóm tư vấn hoặc đơn vị tư vấn có năng lực tham gia ứng tuyển gói tư vấn:
“Xây dựng nội dung và thiết kế Cẩm nang chăm sóc dinh dưỡng và phát triển trẻ em 0–6 tuổi”
Thời gian thực hiện: Từ ngày 01/8/2026 đến 15/9/2026
Ngân sách tối đa: 60.000.000 đồng (hợp đồng trọn gói)
Đối tượng phù hợp:
- Chuyên gia hoặc nhóm tư vấn có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực: dinh dưỡng, y tế công cộng, nhi khoa, sức khỏe bà mẹ và trẻ em, phát triển trẻ em, công tác xã hội, truyền thông thay đổi hành vi hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng tài liệu truyền thông, cẩm nang, sổ tay hoặc tài liệu hướng dẫn dành cho cộng đồng.
- Có năng lực thiết kế đồ họa, dàn trang và phát triển infographic là một lợi thế.
