Action on Poverty (AOP) Vietnam is seeking an experienced consultant to support the financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational transition of its Microfinance Programme.
The consultant will prepare financial reports, review and update programme regulations in line with Decree No. 175/2026/ND-CP, and provide technical advice on the transfer or closure of microfinance programmes and projects.
