REACH – a leading Vietnamese NGO empowering disadvantaged youth through vocational training and employment – is looking for a Community Outreach Officer to join our project in Yên Bái.
This is a key role focused on recruiting ethnic minority women for entrepreneurship programs and youth for vocational training, with extensive community engagement in rural areas.
