CALL FOR CONSULTANCY PROPOSALS
The Fred Hollows Foundation (FHF) Vietnam invites qualified consulting firms and individual consultants to submit proposals for the following consultancy:
“Development of Training Materials, Capacity Building, Implementation Support, and Documentation of a Model to Empower Girls in School Eye Health.”

Application package should include:
- Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Organization/Consultant Profile
- CV(s) of Key Expert(s)
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal
- At least two (02) similar work samples/references (if available)
- Any other supporting documents as requested by FHF Vietnam
