Oxfam in Vietnam is currently seeking a qualified consultant(s)/ consultancy firm FOR WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) RECOVERY ASSESSMENT IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE AND IN DA NANG CITY.
