Plan International Vietnam is inviting qualified consultants/suppliers to submit proposals to develop Field Operations Management and Smart Reporting System. The goal of the solution is not only to reduce report-writing time but also to establish a shared information layer between field implementation teams and the program management team, thereby improving progress tracking and implementation quality management while minimizing information fragmentation among stakeholders.
