Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a US non-governmental organization that has been operating in Vietnam since 1994. In partnership with Government and other organizations, CRS implements programs in 09 provinces/cities in Vietnam. The Vietnam Program has a diverse funding base in the sectors of Disabilities, Mine Risk Education, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation.
Under Inclusion IIIb project, CRS Vietnam is seeking a consultant to research and develop a “Disability Certification Handbook”, from March to June 2026.

Thông qua hợp tác với Chính phủ và Cộng đồng, CRS đang triển khai dự án ở 09 tỉnh/thành phố tại Việt Nam. Các lĩnh vực hoạt động dự án của CRS bao gồm hỗ trợ hòa nhập cho Người khuyết tật, Giáo dục phòng tránh tai nạn bom mìn, Giảm thiểu Rủi ro thiên tai và Thích ứng với biến đổi khí hậu.
Trong khuôn khổ của dự án Hòa nhập IIIb, Tổ chức CRS đang tìm kiếm Tư vấn hỗ trợ Cục bảo trợ xã hội xây dựng “Sổ tay xác nhận khuyết tật”, trong giai đoạn từ tháng 3 đến tháng 6 năm 2026.
