RECRUITING EXPERT/CONSULTING TEAM

Within the framework of the project funded by Save the Children International (SCI), cordially invites consultants/consultancy groups to participate in developing and supporting the pilot implementation of the “Integrated One-Stop Shop Model for Healthcare, Support, and Gender-Based Violence Intervention for Gender and Sexual Minorities (LGBT)” in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the legal dossier to submit to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for model approval.
Design the operational model and inter-agency coordination mechanism.
Support the preparation of operating conditions at the pilot site.
Formulate coordination regulations and a management mechanism after the model is approved.

Implementation Timeline: Expected from June 2026 to August 2026

THÔNG BÁO TUYỂN CHỌN CHUYÊN GIA/NHÓM CHUYÊN GIA

Trong khuôn khổ dự án do Save the Children International (SCI) tài trợ, trân trọng mời chuyên gia/nhóm tư vấn tham gia xây dựng và hỗ trợ thí điểm triển khai “Mô hình một cửa chăm sóc sức khỏe và hỗ trợ, can thiệp bạo lực trên cơ sở giới theo hướng tích hợp cho người thuộc nhóm thiểu số về giới và tính dục (LGBT)” tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

Nội dung chính:

Xây dựng hồ sơ pháp lý trình UBND TP. HCM phê duyệt mô hình;
Thiết kế mô hình vận hành và cơ chế phối hợp liên ngành;
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị điều kiện triển khai tại cơ sở thí điểm;
Xây dựng quy chế phối hợp và cơ chế điều phối sau khi mô hình được phê duyệt.

Thời gian thực hiện: Dự kiến từ tháng 6/2026 đến tháng 8/2026
