Main Objective:
To deliver a series of capacity building and training courses to the Center for Energy Information and Electricity Market Development (EAVCED) in the fields of energy statistics, investment project management, contractor selection, and IT system management and operation. The assignment includes the preparation of training materials, delivery of in-person workshops, and reporting.

Assignment Duration:
24 weeks (January – June/July 2026), based in Hanoi, Viet Nam. All training sessions will be conducted in Hanoi.
Summary of Roles:
- Senior Experts on Energy Statistics (NKE1.1 – Cat. A): Deliver basic training on energy statistics.
- Senior expert on data quality control, data processing (NKE2.1- CAT A/AL) Deliver advanced training on data quality control, and data processing.
- Senior Experts on Energy Statistics (NKE2.2 – Cat. A): Deliver advanced training on energy statistics,.
- Senior Experts on Investment Project Management (NKE3.1 – Cat. B): Provide training on management.
- Senior Expert on project quality and cost management (NKE3.2- Senior CAT B): Provide training on quality and cost management.
- Senior Expert on project contract and payment settlement (NKE3.3- Senior CAT B): Provide training on contract, and payment settlement for public investment projects.
- Senior Expert on Project Bidding (Senior – Cat. B): Train on contractor selection procedures and legal frameworks.
- Senior Expert on IT System Management and Operation (Senior – Cat. B): Deliver training on IT system management, operation, and relevant legal frameworks.
