STREETS’ strategic commitment is to high-quality training and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Senior Program Coordinator to work closely with our entire team and program Trainees, reporting to the Executive Director.
SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Trainee well-being and residence operations (structure, discipline, hygiene, and supplies), including Houseparent and Childcare staff.
- Conduct quarterly Trainee 1:1
- Manage Training Center operations’ scheduling, logistics, and hygiene/sanitation standards.
- Coordinate the Recreation and Life Skills program, including guest speakers/instructors, scheduling, teaching materials, and evaluations.
- Complete other administrative and organizational assignments, reports, and support organizing new initiatives, activities, and events.
Qualifications:
- College or University Degree.
- 4 years of relevant professional experience in education or NGOs.
- Demonstrated ability for detail-oriented focus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one-time relocation expense provided.
- 100% Non-smokers only.
