With a sustainable history working in Vietnam, Samaritan’s Purse has developed strong relationships with partners to conduct projects in 6 sectors: health, WASH, education, protection, livelihood and relief.

Samaritan’s Purse in Vietnam’s projects are being implemented in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh and Vinh Long, the south of Vietnam and across the northern provinces of Lao Cai and Lai Chau where the majority of people are from ethnic minority groups, often the most vulnerable or marginalized sections of the population.

‘Tập huấn giảng viên nguồn về phòng chống thiên tai cho cán bộ xã và thôn tại 6 xã thuộc tỉnh Lào Cai./ TOT Training on disaster prevention and response for communes and villages officials in 6 communes of Lao Cai province.

Thời gian dịch vụ (Service duration):	Từ 14-06-2026 đến 31-12-2026./ from June 14, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

06 Tập huấn: Chịu trách nhiệm tập huấn trực tiếp tại 06 xã 06 Trainings: Prepare materials, handouts, presentation files, Facilitate training, Report after the training	Từ tháng 6 – hết tháng 12 năm 2026 From June to December 2026
Chuẩn bị 1 tài liệu tập huấn /Prepare 1 training curriculum. Chuẩn bị 06 báo cáo cho 06 lớp tập huấn/ Prepare 06 training reports for 06 trainings	07 gói dịch vụ 07 package
Di chuyển từ Hà Nội tới địa bàn dự án tại Lào Cai và ngược lại./ Travel from Hanoi to the project sites in Lao Cai and turning back.	Từ tháng 6 – hết tháng 12 năm 2026 From June to December 2026

Yêu cầu về trình độ chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm/Experience Needed
1. Có kiến thức sâu rộng về Phòng bị và Ứng phó thảm họa / Extensive knowledge about disaster preparedness and response 2. Ưu tiên cộng tác viên có kinh nghiệm tập huấn cho các ban ngành nhà nước / High priority for qualified consultants who have facilitated the disaster preparedness and response workshop for government. 3. Sáng tạo và có khả năng thích ứng với môi trường tập huấn đa dạng / Be creative and highly adaptive to class composition dynamics 4. Sử dụng phương pháp tập huấn lấy người học làm trung tâm / Use student-centred training method 5. Có tư duy phản biện và chiến lược để đánh giá và đề xuất các tập huấn tiếp theo / Be a critical and strategic thinker to evaluate and propose follow-up training plans.




Kết quả đầu ra/Deliverables of the work
a. 100% học viên hiểu được về quản lý rủi ro thiên tai dựa vào cộng đồng; Đánh giá mức độ dễ bị tổn thương và khả năng ứng phó thiên tai / 100% of trainees understand community-based disaster risk management; Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment b. Tất cả các nhóm học viên đến từ cùng 1 khu vực có thể xác định nội dung Đề án 553 (Nâng cao nhận thức cộng đồng và quản lý rủi ro thiên tai dựa vào cộng đồng, đến năm 2030) trong hỗ trợ thực hiện các hoạt động phòng chống thiên tai tại địa phương / All groups come from the same area can identify the content of Project 553 (Enhancing public awereness and community-based disaster risk management, by 2030) in support disaster prevention activities in the local c. Tất cả các nhóm học viên đến từ cùng 1 khu vực có thể xây dựng phương án ứng phó thiên tai / All groups come from the same area can develop a disaster response plan. d. Tất các nhóm học viên đến từ cùng 1 khu vực có thể xây dựng chương trình truyền thông về phòng chống thiên tai cho cộng đồng / All groups come from the same area can build disaster communication program for community
