MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG clears cluster munitions, and unexploded bombs and returns safe land to communities, enabling them to build a safer and more sustainable future.
We are seeking a strong qualified Medical Supervisor (Med Sup) who will provide direct support to the Medial Manager on all programme medical matters. The MS is responsible for monitoring and restock planning medical stores and equipment reserves, issuing and monitoring medical equipment for teams, offices, programme living quarters and vehicles.

Key requirements for the position include:
- Vietnamese citizen
- At least five years’ experience as a nurse in a medical facility or comparable expertise and three years’ experience working with MAG as a Senior Medic or comparable expertise
- In-depth knowledge of: Treatment of minor injuries and sickness. Global MAG Medical Treatment Protocols. Treatment of trauma. BLS. ALS.
- Excellent management skills and able to ensure that the Province Senior medic and all team medics are pursuant with regulations.
- Proactive with an analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Determined and committed to high-quality standards
- Show a high level of honesty, transparency, and fairness
- Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
