MAG is an international humanitarian non-governmental organization clearing remnants of conflicts in current and former conflict zones. Present in Vietnam since 1999, MAG clears cluster munitions, and unexploded bombs and returns safe land to communities, enabling them to build a safer and more sustainable future.
We are seeking a Supervisor who is responsible for the planning, coordinating, organizing and implementation of all BAC clearance operations; EOD Spot Tasks and supporting elements in his/her area of operational responsibility, in accordance with and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and following the instructions of the TFM/POM.

Key requirements for the position include:
- Vietnamese citizen
- EOD Level 2
- At least one year’s experience working with MAG in a Team leader role or in a similar role
- A proven track record, which demonstrates following procedures and delivering work of an acceptable standard.
- Ability to manage multiple MATs and/or MTTs
- Ability to plan and coordinate ahead for a number of concurrent BAC and EOD activities
- Effectively communicate with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
- Proficient in computer and office software skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint…)
- Be in possession of a valid motorcycle driver’s licence.
